This warranty covers all watches sold by Velorotime. It applies to the proper functioning of the watch, including all components used in its construction.

The warranty covers

Material and manufacturing defects arising during normal use.
Parts and labor required to rectify defects.
Mechanisms that cease to function without visible external damage or improper use.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase by the first buyer.

What is covered by the warranty

During the warranty period, Velorotime will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost. If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a model of similar parameters.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover

Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, abuse, modification, or neglect.
Problems caused by unauthorized modifications or attempts to open the watch case.
Natural wear and tear resulting from daily use, such as scratches, fading, discoloration, or strap wear.
Water damage, unless the watch was used within its permissible limits.
Damage resulting from failure to follow watch care recommendations.

How to submit a warranty claim

Proof of purchase
Original proof of purchase or invoice is required.

Shipping costs
The customer covers the cost of shipping the watch to Velorotime. Velorotime covers the cost of returning the watch after repair or replacement.

Service process

Upon receipt of the report, our team will assess the problem and inform you of the next steps.
In some cases, we may authorize a local watchmaker or jeweler to perform the repair to expedite the process, with costs covered by Velorotime.
For more complex faults, the watch will be returned to us for thorough inspection and repair.

Customer agreement

Our goal is to resolve warranty claims as quickly and favorably as possible for both parties. Depending on the situation, the solution may include local repair, direct product replacement, or full service at our workshop.

Limitation of liability

Velorotime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or breach of the terms of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of the warranty period.
