VELOROTIME ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1 General Provisions

  1. The online store operates under the name Velorotime and sells hand-assembled Velorotime brand watches.

  2. The owner of the store is:

  3. Contact with the Seller is only possible via email at:
    velorotime@gmail.com

  4. The store conducts retail sales via the Internet.

  5. Each watch is hand-assembled by the Seller.

  6. Seiko NH35 movements are used in the watches.

  7. Velorotime is in no way affiliated with Seiko or its official distributors.

  8. The store does not sell Seiko brand watches. Only authentic Seiko NH35 movements are used in the products as a technical component.

  9. The logo on the watch dial includes the name "Veloro", which is the designation of the same Velorotime brand.

§2 Definitions

  1. Seller – Velorotime, Marek Sztylka.

  2. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.

  3. Product – a Velorotime watch available in the store's offer.

  4. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aiming to conclude a sales contract.

§3 Placing orders, fulfillment and shipping

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the store's website.

  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.

  3. The order processing and shipping time is:

    • 2–7 business days – for ready watches available in stock,

    • 7–16 business days – for custom-made, hand-assembled watches.

  4. Delivery time is counted from the moment payment is credited.

§4 Prices and payments

  1. All prices given in the store are net prices (in PLN).

  2. The Customer is obliged to make payment in the selected form available in the store.

  3. Order fulfillment begins after payment is credited.

§5 Right of withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

  2. The condition for accepting a return is to send back the product in an unchanged condition, without signs of use, damage, or interference with the watch.

  3. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

  4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.

§6 Warranty

  1. Velorotime brand watches are covered by a quality warranty granted by the Seller for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the first buyer.

  2. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects arising during proper use of the watch, particularly defects in the movement or components resulting from the production process.

  3. During the warranty period, the Seller undertakes to repair the defective product free of charge. If repair is not possible, the watch may be replaced with a new one or a model with similar parameters.

  4. The warranty does not cover:

a) damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or negligence
b) mechanical damage, including cracks, impacts, or scratches
c) natural wear and tear of watch components due to normal use, in particular straps, coatings, discoloration, or signs of use
d) damage caused by contact with water beyond the permissible parameters for watch use
e) damage resulting from non-compliance with recommendations for watch care and use
f) any signs of opening the watch case or interference with its construction by unauthorized persons

      1. In the event of interference by third parties in the watch mechanism, attempts at self-repair, or modification of the product, the warranty becomes void.

      2. To claim warranty service, the Customer is obliged to present proof of purchase confirming the date of product acquisition.

§7 Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted exclusively by email to: velorotime@gmail.com

  2. The complaint should include a description of the problem and the customer's contact details.

  3. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.

§8 Liability

  1. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the watch.

  2. Automatic watches require proper use in accordance with their intended purpose.

§9 Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on the store's website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time and without giving a reason.

  3. Changes to the Regulations come into force upon their publication on the store's website.

  4. For matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
